At Clairmont we care for each horse as if it were our very own. The Newly constructed hunter jumper facility has been designed with the horse in mind allowing for a peaceful, safe and luxurious environment. Each horse will have his own 12x12 fully matted stall with automatic waterer. Clairmont will provide feed twice daily and quality hay. At Clairmont, we also believe that turnout is vital to keeping a horse mentally and physically sound. Your horse will be turned out daily (weather permitting) with a suitable pasture companion.

At Clairmont, we also provide 24 hour live in care so you can rest peacefully knowing your horse is safe and sound.
Basic Boarding Program ($575 per month):
  • 12x12 Matted Stall with automatic waterer
  • Daily Turn out
  • Feed twice daily
  • Hay (several flakes daily)
  • Basic medical attention (Pre and post Veterinarian care)
  • All blanketing/un-blanketing
  • Individual Turn out available upon horse owners request.
  • Use of all laundry equipment
  • 24 hour live in care
Full Grooming Board Program(Starting at $675 per month):
  • 12x12 Matted Stall with automatic waterer
  • Daily Turn out
  • Feed twice daily
  • Hay (several flakes daily)
  • Basic medical attention (Pre and post Veterinarian care)
  • All blanketing/un-blanketing
  • Individual Turn out available upon horse owners request.
  • Use of all laundry equipment
  • 24 hour live in care
  • Daily Grooming
  • Bathing (when needed)
  • Ear/Muzzle/Bridle Path clipping
  • Mane Pulling
Training Program #1:
  • Two Lessons and One Training Ride Per Week
    (Total of 12 training sessions for the price of $300)
Training Program #2:
  • Five Training Sessions Per Week - Any Combination of Lessons or Training Rides
    (Total of 20 training sessions per month for the price of $500 which averages to only $25 per training session)
Additional Services:
  • Lesson: $50.00
  • Lesson for Haul-In riders:$60.00
  • Professional Training Ride: $45.00
  • Professional ride for Haul-in: $50.00
  • Sales 10% of total sale price
  • Clairmont haul-in Schooling Fee: $25.00 (Day Fee for outside horses to have full use of facilities at Clairmont. Horse owner must have proof of Negative Coggins and Sign Release before riding on premises. ASTM/SEI Approved Helmets required while mounted.)
***Note: Clairmont does not offer a lesson program with rented/school horses. Riders must have their own horse in order to participate in lessons.
